White truffle butter

I received this as a gift. I have no idea what it tastes like or what to do with it. Hubby’s not a fan of mushrooms…..
What are your ideas?

Use it in the beef stroganoff casserole.

RM, it has an earthy, umami taste. A finishing smear on a cooked steak, mix a bit in mashed potatoes, if your family does like it, toss it with some pasta.

I’d go light to start. I like truffles but they can be strong in oils and possibly butter.

My sweetie invited her Sisters over for Filet Mignon and I did them sous vide method. I seared them in cast iron pan and finished them with white truffle butter. So good! Earthy good taste.
