Thank you Lee!RM, it has an earthy, umami taste. A finishing smear on a cooked steak, mix a bit in mashed potatoes, if your family does like it, toss it with some pasta.
I am going to try it on steak soon. Maybe scrambled eggs or pasta also.I’m game for that on steak or popcorn.
