It's getting harder to decide what to cook lately. A G E, and all Cooked Out! ..... I guess!

So, Last night, I cooked off a bit of brown rice to add to my Broth Dinner.....
Sorta like "Souped-Up Rice....


Oh, Yeah.... Had some Jell-o later...

I feel a bit like a cold coming on. I have chicken and veggies on for soup stock. Chicken veggie soup over brown rice. Comfort food.

Exactly the way we eat our chicken soup! .... gotta have the grated cheese.

Made us burgers on the Cuisinart griddler / grill / panini machine.
I did overcook the burgers. Got sidetracked..... Had sweet hot pickles on the side.

Stock - Celery ribs, carrots, leek tops, onion, parsley stems, roast chicken bones and wings for stock.

Soup - stock, celery ribs and hearts, carrots, onion, leek bottoms, red potatoes, parsley leaves, salt, pepper and chicken breast.

A few days ago I did the same thing except used noodles instead of potatoes. I'll have the leftovers tonight.
