Well I know it wasn't Barb's chicken paprikash.
I googled paprikash to try and find a definition of the word and it's amazing all the sites out there dedicated to this dish. Even a paprikash.com.

Ohhhhh, CC, would you please post the recipes you use for those two things in the Ethnic forum?
I am a fan of Char Siu, in particular! I've never tried making steamed buns.
