Re: Hello All

Those pics are awesome! You need a grounds keeper?

LOL ! Actually I have 2 that keep the place up for us when we are absent . One loves working the grounds and the other is in charge of the house and taking the wife or our friends to town or fishing in the boat . He will also aquire one more hat to wear soon as the man in charge of the chickens and eggs that we will start producing in the spring . I am trying to get the place to be completely independent of needing anything , food wise . The place is entirely off the grid and produces its own power , has its own water system, engineered septic , Cell phones, etc. We can go 12 days without solar power input and 26 days without rain for our water system .

Re: Hello All

Wow ! You scared me there for a minute until I read the second line .
Ok I can do that .
This is what I do in my spare time now . Rebuilding cars and snowcats .
1st photo is a Kristi KT7 unrestored and the 2nd is it all finished and upgraded . This is the only one left in the world . Took me a couple of years to restore and upgrade .
3rdand 4th photo are of a Kristi KT3 that I am now restoring .
I really do not know why I do this as I hate cold weather. They both will be at my ranch in the Idaho Back country when the last one is finished .

LOL . I suspect someone else will get a lot more use out of these Snowcats than I ever will . The old bones seem to really enjoy the warmer weather of Panama ,but the summer days in Idaho on the ranch are pretty nice . Here's a view off the front deck . I think this is the only reason we keep the place . Just about every evening they are out feeding through the summer . Who needs TV ?????

Re: Hello All

Idaho then you should appreciate these pictures of a very rare sight.

The odds of seeing an albino moose are astronomical and to see this in the upper peninsula of Michigan , near Wisconsin , is even greater than astronomical. To see two of them together is nearly impossible.

Those are beauitful ! The wolves have pretty much wiped out our Moose population here . Too bad as they are such a neat animal ,though they can be a little tempermential at times .
