Decided to drag my tired butt off the couch and make a Johnsonville Griller burger with cheese, onion, ketchup and pickles.
Also had some Grown In Idaho crispy fries.

They have Johnsonville “brat burgers” at some of the taverns around here. Johnsonville was always my favorite but everybody makes them at the butcher shops now. Thinking about getting some cranberry brats tomorrow.

John, that chowder in particular looked fabulous!

Mark, TRUFFLES!! You lucky duck!

Jimmy, you lucky duck with those beautiful tomatoes! I get a kick out of you cooking in the middle of the night, lol!

Lee
Jimmy cooks at night, so mommy doesn't create an amputation on me when I reach for the salt shaker
to add to whatever I'm cooking that is savory. Plus, it's nice and quiet; so I could concentrate on cooking.
When I'm done, the kitchen is all cleaned; pots are washed and put away. It looks as if nothing was even cooked.

Just basic from the freezer stuff.
InnovAsian fried rice.
I believe you made it before, Lee - but did it in the microwave as I recall.
The package directions have that as an option, but I never have. Says 1 T of oil for the skillet prep.
I've made it three times now using sesame oil.
Turns out better, tastes better too.
Shrimp egg rolls as well.
