Had a craving, so made NYC street cart Sabrett's, or "dirty water dogs." Seasoned water with beef bouillon, side of broccoli.View attachment 70583
Those Dogs are my favorite..... I like the ones with the natural skin; the one's that SNAP*, when you bite them. I remember I was working in the Meadowlands in NJ, and around the corner of the job, we went to lunch , and I ate 6 of those delectable dogs. I was so sick after that, I couldn't go back to work. I left to go home and when I get home, my wife had planned Sabretts hot dogs grilled. :hotdog:.....
I still love them though. I'm a lot older now, and my food intake is a lot less now.
