Cod is very fast cooking and doesn’t take more than 4-5 minutes tops. Do you dry it before it goes in the pan? I gently squeeze in paper towels before seasoning. Keep in the fridge before you add to the hot pan. That should hold it togetherWow, seems like every time I pan fry cod, it falls apart (unless it's breaded)
It was good though, the vegetable blend was okay, though the edamame was hard.
