I'm going to take full advantage of my air fryer today.
Got lots of stuff in the freezer in which to use as a meal.

Brunch was homemade tomato salad (tomatoes, olive oil, water/ice, salt, pepper, loads of fresh basil and garlic), fresh cut pineapple and bakery seeded semolina bread to dip in salad.
Too hot to do much cooking. Dinner will probably be take-out pastrami and corned beef platter (rye bread and pickles provided on side) and more green or tomato salad.
BTW - When did Ronzoni start selling Pastina again? Saw it on the shelf when I went shopping.

Start checking the corn at the market! This is the first time this season, that I found it in the husks. They still have it in the trays here too, but it is obviously not as fresh.
I was going to make a couple of mozzarella sticks in the air fryer also, but this is plenty.

Meanwhile - predicted 100 - we are at 97 at 5:45 ...

I managed a short walk this morning down to the park, then washed my windows lol

Once again, I raided the freezer. I found a bag of homemade chili. We'll have that with some salad that I've got chilling in the fridge. The chili will get some sharp cheddar, chopped onions and sour cream. Hey, chili is good, no matter the weather!
