I did the "Onionization" : Steak was tender, ...
There were three steaks in the Blister Pack... I'll
do another one without Onionization, in order to better
judge the effect.

Ooooooh that looks good! What are the mushrooms stuffed with?
I’ve not heard of that kind of squash either. How did it tast and how did you make it?
Mushrooms are basic: minced stems, celery, onion sauteed in butter. Lots of butter. Add bread crumbs. I don't like parm cheese in them.

The squash was soft and kind of sweet, like butternut. I prefer firmer squash, like acorn or kabocha, though the latter is a bit mealy. I cut it in half lengthwise, clean out seeds and strings, season, wrap each half in foil and bake, cut side down, at 350 for 50 minutes.

The squash looks good - never have seen it out here.

I normally do a salmon fillet in the pan.
This time I put it in the oven @350 for 20 minutes.
Poured a melted T of butter on first, then seasoned with dill and black pepper.
The Green Giant mashed cauliflower turned out much better for me this time, as I've read reviews that say longer time in the microwave, then allow to sit. Last time I made it, it was more like watery grits lol
Salad too, romaine, pecans, Bleu cheese.
