... once I have a toothy grip on the shrimp, I squeeze the tail and pull-- tail slides off and I get the heart of the tail !I sautéed some shrimp and mini peppers in sesame oil, then added steamed broccoli to the pan, with a little teriyaki sauce.
Leftover rice underneath.
Love this.
I'll be taking leftovers to work tomorrow night
Someone asked me once, do you eat the shrimp tails? No.
Normally I take them off, if not - I bite them down to the tails and discard.

Leftover manicotti. Tina is sick with a cold, so I am getting to comfort her. I also don't want to cook right new. I will make her chicken noodle soup. like Lipton chicken noodle in the box.
This afternoon was boring, all my chores were done. So I decided to make a brunch for Jon and I, then snacks later to make up for it. My homemade pancakes with some giant sausage patties I had picked up recently.

Doesn't look like much food in the pic, but we both stuffed ourselves and only ate about half of what I made.

Beautiful!This is InnovAsian orange chicken.
I love it.
I made the rice yesterday and just reheated it in the microwave.
Meant to buy snow peas, but found out I grabbed sugar snaps instead lol
I steamed those, then tossed them in a little butter and low sodium soy sauce.
Ordinarily..I remove the strings on the peas.
I'll just eat them like I do edamame.

The last? All this time I've been waiting to be invited for black cod dinner.
Feel better Tina. Jimmy, I make that soup. When done cooking, I take it off heat and I stir in a scrambled egg.Leftover manicotti. Tina is sick with a cold, so I am getting to comfort her. Thanks Lee... I remember Mrs. Grass's soup with the Yellow Ball filled with the seasoning.Wow, Jimmy, I haven't had that in centuries! Always liked it, though, and it's definitely comforting! Tell Tina to feel better soon.

It’s beautiful! I’m sure your stepmother is happy with how you used her plateA couple of friends sent me a lovely Swiss Colony snack box for Christmas, which I shared with my friends Kathy and Babs tonight over cocktails. We did a number on it!
Love using my stepmother's appetizer platter on an important day.
