I had 3 bowls of garden salad, and a slice of Irish soda bread for supper.
Lunch was an sliced egg on grain bread.

I was hovering around 220ish. I wrapped at 160 with foil and upped the temp to 300. Done now, but I did do some peeking lol

I’m not sure, Johnny. It’s kind of a thing on some of the smoker pages on fb. My first time injecting a butt. I’ll let ya know what I come up with ?
