Fred and Peeps, your dinners look delicious.

Fred, you made the corn in the oven?

I'm making a new recipe for my IC entry.

If it doesn't work out it's steaks on the grill with baked potatoes and some type of vegetable.

Well here's my dinner. It turned out pretty good. Mushroom and Rice Terrine. DH had grilled cheese and tomato soup.....lol

sass i like the hickory tuna in the pouch also but i have never made tuna cakes before. is it tuna, egg and crumbs? and spice? then fry in butter or oil? also what spice is in your rice?

Do you season it before you freeze, Suzi?

I love beef and broccoli stir fry, peeps. I remember when the places around town used to serve food that came close to looking like that..... 25 years ago... That is beautiful.

Since I had the DO in the oven anyway, that's where I cooked the corn. Almost as good as grilled

No I bought it pre-seasoned..... every month or so they are buy one get one free, thats the only time I buy 'em

Thanks, Suzi. I'm always wanting to try one of those loins, but haven't yet. I didn't know they came preseasoned. I'm going to pick up a couple for the grill.

Nice LS. Great looking dinner. I'm about due for a roast pork dinner.

Love all the pics, Dan. TWO kinds of smoked pork?! Wholly spamolly! lol
I've got a couple large portos in the fridge for pizzas tonight. Nice spread you've layed out.

That looks good, Barb, but I have no idea what it is (lol). Meat and rice loaves? I've gotta look up your recipe. Nice plating, too.

Sass, yes, I just tossed the ears into the oven, husk on. That's how I grill them, so I figured it would work in the oven. And it did. The oven was on anyway, so what the hey.

turkey breast turned out really good ..
put it on a beer can holder to hold it upright ..

Peeps and Chow, would either send me the recipe for yours? Need to go to the store this am and haven't decided what I was going to cook for dinner tonight for son after he gets off. Very tasting looking my Peeps but I do know my son really likes broccoli. Thank you kindly and no hurry.

I make it in the oven, in my CI DO. About 375F and extend the second leg if you like your carrots soft, or add them in the beginning. Last night I added ham, too.
