What's For Dinner Sunday December 28- Saturday January 3rd 2025/2026

This is actually late lunch/early dinner.
Decided on asparagus again.
I'll have popcorn later with a movie.

Prime rib bones and salad. Well, bone - I only ate one.

When I was much younger, on a vacation in my beloved Caribbean, I ordered prime rib bones at a restaurant. Fantastic! I could eat 3 or 4. So good that we went twice in that week.

When I lived in WV I used to go to an Italian place that had hot Italian sausages with hot banana peppers. I asked for iced tea, no sugar, and she brought me a pitcher of tea. I said I didn’t need a pitcher and she said yes I would. She was right.
 
We're having Taco Tuesday, on Monday! Since LT isn't posting to rearrange the week, I've taken on the burden. :thewave: You're welcome! I pulled two packs of taco meat from the freezer, so there may be tacos again tomorrow. o_O They looked smaller in the bag, than the pot. One pack of regular shredded beef and one bag of Spicy beef. I'm making a small pot of rice too. Stove top instead of rice cooker. It is smelling pretty darn good.
 
It wasn't much. Brunch was Eggs scrambled with cheese mixed in them. Supper was Chicken soup with noodles. Had various cookies we had laying around from Christmas for dessert.
