She's a be pork tenderloin with stuffing and gravy. Brussels sprouts....
DD is making cookies for the Holidays.

Nancy added a quart of our canned tomato to extend the soup - another soup that gets better the next day and still have 3 quarts leftover.

Tonight's dinner is Butternut Squash and Apple soup that I made yesterday. Half went into the freezer and half will be dinner tonight. I'm baking some 5-minute Artisan Bread. Not sure why they call it 5-minute. It takes a couple of hours. We'll have a slice of TJ's chocolate sheet cake too. Mmmmmmm.

I Miss my garden tomato's. Next year I'll have plenty of room for a new garden. Enjoy Johnny.

I wished I took a picture. My neighbor asked me if I would cook a
Prime Rib Roast for her. This was the 1st Prime Rib I ever cooked. It
sure will not be the last.

Today I'll be making a skillet type meal.
Ground turkey, onion, zucchini, tomatoes, avocado topped with cheese.

My Mouth is about to undergo a month or two of intense
Excavation and Construction... I'll be eating lots of Mashed Spuds,
mashed veggies, thin soups and Bisque's. I'll
be looking at y'all's efforts as usual , tho' !

Tonight I pan fried two NY a strips Nancy got in the marked down bin for $5 each! I didn’t feel like grilling so pan fried them. Nancy did the broccolini with lemon juice, garlic, and red pepper.
