Decided to do the dumplings.
The same brand that I had used in the soup last week.
Pan fried in a little olive oil, with Birds Eye Asian blend.
I made some soy sauce/brown sugar and sesame oil sauce to drizzle over it all.

Both!Lora, do you prefer the dumplings soft in soup or pan-fried or both? I find when I pan-fry them (or pierogi), the dough/wrapper is a bit tough and chewy.
