It's like in this house, gotta have the grated cheese on the soup.
When I make the chicken soup, I throw like 6 teaspoon size chunks of the cheese to cook.
We hunt for them drastically. We have like a chicken fight looking for the chewy and gummy pieces of tasty cheese.
I just made French onion soup. (I cheated) Campbells can, then toasted bread loaded with melty Gruyere cheese.
It is so good. My first attempt. Next time more Gruyere Cheese.
