Andy, how did you do your pot roast?
I'm going to make one (chuck roast) for a potluck party I'm hosting weekend. I want to be able to slice it for sliders (I usually cook it so it falls apart and I don't want that).
Please post time and temps.

Last night was brisket at Famous Dave's and was not bad.
They are doing a BBQ short rib special but missed it till to late.
I have a reason to go back now.
Tonight is pizza from Papa Murphy's.
Passed on sharing the appy Lock Ness onion with the other gals.
Wow, I could never pass on those things! I'd rather have that than an entrée.
