Sounds Good M- man..

My wife makes awesome Mac & Cheese with Land O Lakes white American.
I like when she takes the leftovers the next day, and then fries it in butter till it crisps a little, and gets browned in places. I like it like that. Oh! I also eat the fresh made one too! ....

Tonight I/ we were just wishing for a plain Cheseburger pan fried with black pepper, and toasted and buttered hamburger buns.

I had some apricot kolatch that she picked up in Pennsylvania yesterday.

It's unwind time, and I just took out the trash for pickup tomorrow.

I worked up an appetite cutting up a computer chair that was beyond repair that would look decent anyway. Gave me the hungries for a couple Krispy Kreme Jelly doughnuts DW bought yesterday.

I may have burned too many calories, and so I just want to be sure I put them back. I'm not in the mood for losing any weight today. L O L

as yet, i've picked @ stuff: macaroni, cottage cheese, a payday bar.

dinner is gonna be stew. either beef/pumpkin or beef stew over smashed potato or w/ bread & butter. maybe milk.

Hey! Girl! .... Happy halloween ta ya. LOL .. diga go trick er treatin?? Haaaa

We had Trick er treat for the kids the next monday after the storm. We had about 40 kids / groups.

Favor from you...If and when you can! Please?

I mentioned the Pumpkin beef stew you made, and DD Maria is a absolute lover of anything pumpkin. She asked me,"Dad..ask luvs if she may want to share the recipe!" ...

If you do? At your leasure when and if you get a chance. :thankyou:

DD was over today and ran all the lights on the fence rails and around the door outside. She did the porch too! I helped by testing all the bulbs and fixin the strings of lights. The old kind; not the mini energy saving ones. We like some older decorations outside.

It's nice out; even though its chilly, but she likes to decorate early.
She put up Tina's Victorian Tree in the back room. I don't like the decorations / ornaments like that, but Tina said that is the old fashioned Christmas tree.
To each their own I guess...

I wish we had the old aluminum foil tree like mom had in the 60's.
Son Jim says, "Oh Dad, that is so silly!" ... LOL...Then I remind him he was born in the silly 60's. ( 1969 ) ... He then sulks, and say's....darn...don't remind me!!

I made some chili today. Tina wants chili on angel hair spaghetti! ... I second that!! LOL... Nothing special, just Original "Chillo-Mix". ground beef and two slivered up cut of two sirloin steaks for flavor and consistancy. Ooops, and a can of diced tomatoes!

Tina went shopping (again) today, and picked up the free 20 lb. toiky.
Wish it were a 13 lb.d'r but they had non.
The veggies are the only thing she didn't buy! She'll give the money to DD and DIL and let them pick up what they like.

Ha Ha .... DD and I just had some DQ Ice Cream cake as an appetizer.
She's gonna make venison chili when she gets home. She's a less meat eater now and only will eat venison. I eat it when she brings it over, but Tina just cannot get it down. I like the Italian meatballs with venison, or the hot dogs.
I couldn't eat the roasts or steaks every day.

Thanks Aubrey.... Really sounds great!

DW wasn't sure how late she had to stay at work, so I told her we'd have breakfast, which can be made quickly once she got home. I made us 2-cheese omelets (Velveeta & Mozzarella), bacon and toasted the rest of the baguettes from Tuesday's dinner. Cupcakes for dessert.

Looks great Joe... We had quick chili over angel hair tonight!
I took pics but had communication issues.

I love omlets with cheese that way.

I made chili, and we had it over angel hair spaghetti

The bread was supermarket style, and heavy. It was ok with a little butter. I call that kind of bread a "Tooth Puller!"

And after we ate... I sat in the rocking chair watching the Victorian Tree that DD already put up! ....

We went to the cheese factory today. Got a 2 lb. brick of extra sharp, longhorn, horseradish and some Amish swiss that tasted delightful on the sample table. I stand there with my toothpick like it is target practice.:yum: Came home and had leftover mac&cheese and roast beef.

With a good piercing shot like that, You should get one of your own Gold Plated Personal Toothpicks for occations like that! With a leather case and a Belt strap!

not a problem, jimmy. btw, the decor looks great! the tv has me distracted, yet, so dinner changed.

Yummy!!!

I've got a nice pot of soup made with chicken soup base, a few carrots and celery...and little Italian meatballs cooking in it. ( Polpette in Umido ). My favorite.

This one, the chicken just swam around and jumped out when he saw Jimmy Coming! :yum:

Gonna have mine with just plain white Rice.

I fried up a few meatballs for finger food whilst we are waiting for the soup to reduce a bit.

Gotta stave off the hunger pains with something!! hahahah

I made Chicken Soup with NO Chicken. Just a soup base...a little carrots, and celery, and added little Italian meatballs.

For dessert Tina was out shopping, and the shelves were empty for these cakes which will be no longer made! I hope someone buys up the company.

OHhhhh! I made some fried meatballs to eat as a appetizer while the soup was cooking down.

Need a lot of people to munch the pull on the size of that baby she got.

She's my favorite Meat Lady!

Mommy made a huge pan of stuffed shells.

I asked," Hon, why so much? are the kids coming over?

Shells001_zps5b1aaf0e.jpg
