Whut's fer supper Maaaaaaa!!

well That's wut yer gettin....:sad:

I had a bagel egg cheese and bacon for breakfast.:good:
Tina was grazing all day...I'm full of soot and fly ash (cleaning the pellet stove )...and when I'm done, I will have a sandwich. There is some cooked salami and maybe a can of that cream of celery soup.
There is left over lasagna and meatballs from last night, but nyuck! I don't think so!
 
Mommy "T" is baking some kind of raisin craisin oatmeal cookies.

G O O D !

I have no clue what will be cooked for this Monday..??

It is rather warm today ( 61º ) so maybe something on the grill.
I could go for chili cheese dogs, or burgers.

If not...maybe Tina can make some mac and cheese.
DD came over and took the Lasagna and meatballs we had Saturday night. That's good. I don't eat heated over lasagna. I would rather eat it cold. f u s s y !
 
Had some rice left over, so I made a Red Neck staple...Red beans & Rice (with a twist). I didn't have any sausage, so I used a pound of beef/pork mix that was supposed to become meatloaf, and I had a jar of Mango Salsa. It came out surprisingly good, and DW said to put that one "in the book" to be made another time. I made the salad in case DW didn't like my experiment.:lol:

OK...here goes!
I made a post here last night with pics and all. It said R I was last post, but ??? I did not see my post! It let me preview it, and then I submitted the post, but it was Not There....???????? Baffled!!

Dear Baby sweet angel Daughter Maria came over and cleaned and scrubbed the house. Tina is in PA at her Aunts...92 y/o house to visit and get her some stuff at Sams that she needed.

The tree went up in the dining room too! I was like,"Baby, don't you think its pushing Christmas a little early??" hahahaha She said,"Dad, I could do Christmas every day of the year. So...at least the Victorian Tree ( Tinamommys) is up and lighted!

She baked ziti and a cake for a friend that her husband had half his face blown off from a pipe high pressure explosion, and is in Rehab a Kessler Institute where Steve Reeves (superman was in therapy ).

She then made two meatloafs. A flat veggie one, and a stuffed loaf with ricotta italian style.
We had cookies that Tinamommy made the other day for dessert.

Looks Great! That salad looks so crispy, and could smell the aroma of the thinly sliced red onion rings! Ummmmmmm!

Yes, I / we were blessed with the great life we and God created.
She is really a good kid. :bonk: 99% of the time. LOL
She still has that one percent...called Women! Thats the thing that men can never figure out! hahahahaha:ohmy:

Thanks Mama.. No, no bread, but I did have a sandwich with mustard on a hamburger roll.

After she ate...she then whipped up a couple dozen peantbutter cookies for me.
They are a favorite of mine.

Tina got home from her PA visit with a box of Pizza...cookies ....candy; a bowl of sloppy joes (whimpy's)...a big barrel of UtZ snow balls cheese puff balls; and a box of Krispy Kreme glazed, and a box of powdered jelly ones. A box of apricot and raspberry kolatche.

OMG... I am like in heaven....Oh! I am so full! I might have to be a Bulhemic tonight!....LOL..
 
Had company for dinner last night, so I made Chicken Parmesan with homemade basil-infused whole wheat pasta, my marinara sauce and fresh Italian baguette.

Dag, that looks GOOD, JoeV!! And so do your other meals posted!!

One question though; Where did you get the pasta dryer? I have a pasta machine, you know, the one with the hand crank. But I never bought anything to hang the homemade pasta out to dry on.

I made a Tex Mex mac and cheese on Monday, and Sunday was a chicken fajita with tomatoes and snow peas.

We ate out last night, and tonite I survey the leftovers to determine the rest of the week.

I'm trying to use up food & meats in both freezers to make some room in them before I go get more.
 
I pulled a swift one on the bride mommy.

I said, "You havn't had Italian Wedding Soup lately!" ( her favorite )

She said,"Thats what I've been meaning to make!"

I said,"Well you can always have had it sweetie!" ..... I found a container of it in the freezer upstairs. Isn't that great??! Would you like to have some for supper tonight? .... She agreed!

I will get that freezer food used some how; believe you me! L O L
