We loved the roasted garlic at Ragin Cajun so much last week that I made it at home. Left the cajun spice off, however...and roasted mine a full hour.

Eventually we had blueberry peach pie with homemade vanilla ice cream..but two cocktails and 3/4 of a bottle of wine later and the camera was long forgottenMaybe I'll get that picture after dinner today.

Did you hear the part where I tossed the dough 3 feet into the air and it landed on the floor? I was only trying to show off. I couldn't stretch it large enough so I used a rolling pin and still came out crappy looking.So I heard![]()
