It is still cooking. I like to let it slow cook at just a simmer for several hours!!

It has to simmer very faintly anyway, to avoid sticking and scorching.

Son and DIL stopped over and brought pizza and salad.

We ate so fast, it was devoured in 10 minutes. No time for pics.

It was good, and it was fast!

Made grilled ham and cheese with tomato soup. Drinking some fresh made apple cider I got at a farm market we like down in Pa. I could give up my iced tea for this stuff.
