I've never made it in the microwave.
I use a blender recipe:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
salt and white pepper to taste
2 T lemon juice or to taste
3 egg yolks
pinch of cayenne or tabasco sauce
In a blender mix lemon juice, egg yolks and salt and pepper. Melt butter and slowly drizzle into blender while it's running. As soon as it's incorporated turn off blender. Add cayenne or tabasco to taste. This makes about 3/4 cup.

This morning I used LT's recipe, over a double boiler. Very good!

No pods at Wally World :^( I looked when I was there yesterday. Also no silicon baking sheets... or brisket, like JoeC's Walmart... I am so deprived (lol).

Anyway, I'll be making something tonight with leftover chicken. Probably fajitas.

Whoops - a bad spelling mistake. I meant to say mince.

Right. So it can "swim" and the batter won't stick to the bottom when it sinks. I'll bet they don't swim long though.

Make a good old basic American Meatloaf!
First time I ever made one for Steven, he went all goofy on me, then wanted meatloaf all the time:lol:
I'd leave out the mice tho...;)

Sounds good - my youngest will go for that & I've left over gravy as well.
