What's cooking in your kitchen tonight?

I love hearing what others are making for dinner—it always gives me new ideas. I'm thinking about whipping up a quick pasta dish with garlic bread on the side. What's on your menu for tonight? Do you stick to a weekly plan or go with whatever you feel like?

I eat what my wife fixes. When I get back from Utah I’ll make a chili and have hot dogs on the side. We are going to start making our own spaghetti so there will be lots of experimenting.
