Skipped the chili at lunchtime, too damn busy today.

Anywho, the salmon - I made in the pan this time with a Korean marinade/honey combo.
Garlic spinach and jasmine rice.
I should have centered it more on the plate.

nancy made a pasta sauce using purple tomatoes she froze this summer. I went to two shops and no one had sweet Italian sausage so went to Safeway and got Hempler’s which is very good. Pear salad was excellent.

Thank you I like getting our cod from Costco. Never ”fishy” smells or tastes and can get at least 4 good sized meals out of 1 fish. A lot more economical for us than a restaurant

I just pulled some cod from the freezer.
I'll be doing it breaded/fried today with onion rings.

I'm using the Louisiana Fish Fry brand again.
I used it the last time, but it was a New Orleans Cajun I believe.
This one is just the original for crispy fish, but it's cornmeal and corn flour basically, so not low in carbs. Lol

I'll start a new thread with this, the recipe I used https://www.littlebroken.com/sausage-cacciatore/

The only changes I made were to use links which I browned, then sliced, I used whole tomatoes which I squished by hand, and I simmered the sauce for at least an hour.

It's just the way I used to make it!

They are refrigerated pizza dough, store brand pizza sauce, red onion, spinach, sliced little peppers, bleu, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
I'm pleased with the way they turned out.
These make up for those last ones I made with the crappy ready-made crust lol
