Buzz and I ventured out to Basha’s this morning. I picked up some Panera Lobster Bisque for dinner. It sounds so good!

Like Sharon, you could call this my "dumb dinner".
Pork and beans, smoked sausage and mini corn muffins.

We finally rang the dinner bell, and sat down to cod fish in a butter sauce, and a delicious yellow Spanish rice. Dessert was 3 fresh made cookies.

TGIF! Jon and I went Mexican. My two tier beef nachos. Make these and a party is not far behind!!

I think it’s grazing night here. Nancy is making cookies - sugar cookies, chocolate chip, and peanut butter. I had kolaches from the freezer and four raw oysters. I’ll save cookies for later.

The Mrs. is baking today, so it's grazing whatever you can find. To be decided by whatever is able to be slapped together. There is a snowfall that happened overnight.... a measly 4 inches here in North West New Jersey, and that is not enough to warrant any big appetites.
We are eating some leftover spaghetti for lunch now, with a meatball or two.

Got the baking bug again. Had to heat the house and clean out the fridge. Behold (LOL) my yellow cake mix, vanilla instant pudding mix, 1.5 cups heavy cream, blah blah. And 1 cup white chocolate morsels, mixed in at the last minute.

Haven't even decided what I'll drizzle or ice it with. Can't wait to share! Meantime, have a frozen pizza in the oven.

Couldn't find fresh basil this time of year, so I bought some house made pesto at a great Italian market. Sheesh! So delicious that I may never make it myself again!
