Last night’s mac and cheese with leftover chili and a German cheese brat. It wasn’t bad.
Nancy made brotchen yesterday and the were excellent.

I worked from 5am this morning until 3.
I had the marvelous quiche for breakfast then lunch was chicken breast, rice pilaf and asparagus.
I think I've ate enough for today.
They're having Oktoberfest at work later from 5-8pm.
I was going to go back and have their meal and listen to the music under the tent erected in the parking lot, but I'm beat.

At the local Giant .... Pre-Packaged in a "Microwaveable" bag with Baby Zukes, but I
didn't use those... I cut 'em and put them on the Salad...
Four Bucks !

Lunch yesterday Baby arugula, & spring mix greens, chickpeas, black olives, green olives, anchovies, tomato, and hard-boiled egg. Dressed with oil, vinegar, my house blend seasoning, and a sprinkle of everything but bagel.

Today was Dr. Day for me at the pulmonary section of the hospital. I was exhausted, and was in no mood to cook.
Tina took over, and made a great meat sauce. We had angel hair spaghetti, and pumpkin pie for dessert. The kids , and grandkids came over
and enjoyed it all.
