WaWa subs ( meatball Parm ) are not bad.
We just got a WaWa on mountain ave. here by us.
I love their cinnamon buns; glazed with plain sugar glaze.I eat only 1/2, and save the rest for the next day. They are huge.

I didn't like the sub and gave it to DD.
I'm having tuna with lemon juice, cherry tomatoes and olives instead. Glad there was a can in the fridge.
 
I just air fried a LG chicken. No I idea what I am going to do with it yet!

I pulled some of the leftover chicken from last night and drenched it in Sweet Baby Ray's.
We had it on toasted bread.
 
My mom's baked chicken thighs, Campari tomato salad with garden herbs, garden snap peas.

We had Mac D's ..... I had a double Mac Cheese and a scoop of fries.
A Mac Apple baked pie for dessert.
Tina had a fish sandwich on a briosh (sp? ) bun.
 
Strip Steak- Fried Rice (We used a lot of that chicken I air fried in this) Corn on the cob.

DIL has a wedding rehearsal and dinner to attend tonight, so I'm on my own.
Possibly ordering in from Tano's, or Ninja again.
 
It's Eye Injection Day again! (Six weeks sure does fly by ...) so all knife work needs to get done before 1:00-
I've got a Rib-Eye/ Delmonico ready; who knows, probably a baked tater and something else...
 
Lucky, talk to me about "adolescent corn".

It looks like the baby corns that come in a can, only bigger. Where do you get it and how is it packaged?

Well, there's baby Corn, like you get in Chinese Take-Out...

And there's Corn on the Cob ..... no explanation necessary,



And then there's Adolescent Corn (My Term) ... Too Grown up for Stir-Fry, not yet Cob-Worthy...


Yip ! They were canned....The bigger ones are bent to fit...Found 'em at Wally's Yesterday, while searching for a can of White corn....
Pretty bland flavor..... needs a spice of some sort, and def salt !

DD is having health issues. She asked for stew or pot roast. So that will be dinner if possible.
 
Got a very late start on Dinner.... Rib Eye will wait till tonight....
I fried off a Pork Chop, Poured some Heinz gravy over leftie Mashed, and opened a can of Green Beans...

I think I will do the same. I have a package of Miller Franks that has been in the fridge too long. These are the best Franks I have ever had.(All Beef.)
a can of Pork and beans w/ a little brown sugar. Wow- I can't wait for lunch.

Lunch was stove top grilled skirt steak (topped with homemade garlic butter and Trader Joe's Everything but the bagel seasoning) and creamed spinach.
