I had to laugh.... when you mentioned bread to dip into the juices.
I remember my grandfather ( as he told the story ) sat down for dinner of spaghetti. As he was eat the spaghetti, one of the kids there, took a tear of bread; ( they don't slice bread ) and dipped it into grandfathers dish!
OMG! ....Grand pop said, "No No, in America, we no dunka the bread ina to someone else's dish!" hahahahahaha....

And Grandpa was a mr. neat and clean!

I like to rip the bread also. :blob_blue: No butter just dip. I also like to rip bread to spread brie, blue, pot wine etc. cheese on.

I sliced the leftover pork loin very thinly last night and have it marinating in Italian dressing.
I'll use that in wraps or quesadillas for dinner.

Last Night's Stuffed Pepper, Mashed under Red Gravy, Stewies with Corn and Okra... Garden salad with Chipotle Ranch Dressing...

Went to Subway on my way in to work and got a 6 inch roast beef with nothing but onions, provolone and green peppers.

I got some cashews from the vending machine too.

Tonight will hopefully be kielbasa, kraut and pierogies.

THX, Lee !

I have an Indoor grille pan coming Monday - Maybe I can retire the Cast Iron Grill Pan..... We'll See !

Tonight's Effort;
Pink salmon fillets with a Sweet/Sour Drizzle, Buttered Brown Rice, Sweet corn with Peppers, Salad under Robusto Italian Dressing.

I always forget ; I don't like the Brown Rice !

It's gonna be a beef burger on a brioche roll.
No dessert. I ate a wawa glazed cinnamon bun, a Boston cream chocolate iced doughnut; that was after the fries and omelet.

I kicked the scale back into the bathroom closet! I don't even want to jump on it for at least a few days.

Thanks Lee.
My son Jeff says to me, Do not ever buy Mrs. T's pierogies.
You MUST buy Poppy's in the bag!
Well son, we don't have them around here like they do in Pittsburgh lol

I'm thinking I may make pork chops with sauerkraut, onions and potatoes. I just bought fennel seeds and caraway seeds so I'm set.

I'll decide for you, Sass, and live vicariously through you - Salisbury steaks!

Yours sounds terrific, Peep!

Never know around here, tho I've been fairly consistent lately with dinner plans.
I do know it's going to be later than usual.

Right now I'm at Spengler's downtown waiting for a BLT and iced tea for lunch.

Chicken wings are soaking in Kosher salt water.
We will bake them low and slow with onions and salt & pepper in the toaster oven till they crisp up and brown ....

These are the Encor frozen salisbury steaks in gravy.
Not really great, but not horrible either.
So, two from a box and one from a can deal.
