Grilled lamb chips with a garlic, rosemary, lemon, EVOO marinade/rub. Grilled red bell and zucchini with garlic and EVOO marinade. Roasted lemon garlic baby yukon gold potatoes. I've been ill since Saturday afternoon and today was first day I was actually hungry and enjoyed the food.

DD cooked a chicken that she picked up at the butcher shoppe.
It was well done, so I ate the thigh, and the wing.

A nice big t-bone followed me home from the grocery store last night.
So that and sides yet to be decided.
I do know they're going to be something completely different.

With buttery honey and garlic snap peas sprinkled with toasted cashews.
I was going to make a sweet potato too, but ice cream awaits later.

Not sure about tonight.
My friend Angie is coming up for a visit.
We're going to Christmas shop for our grandies and grab a bite somewhere.

Looks like Angie can't make it because of family issues, so.. now I gotta think of dinner plans.
Geez, we were going to stop at Chik-fil-A.

Progresso clam sauce is very garlicky, but I like it.
Simple salad of shredded iceberg, sliced orange bell pepper and grape tomatoes/ French dressing.
