What have you eaten NCT Sunday 1/20/2019 - Saturday 1/26/2019?

Went shopping this morning. So there are many choices for dinner. We are leaning towards meatloaf.

Breakfast was Chobani Banana & Cream yogurt.

Lunch was rotisserie chicken & mixed fruit.

Last Night's Air Fryer Salmon Filet under Orange Sauce.... Excellent !


Air Fryer Asparagus Spears.... Not so much !

The plan for tonight is lamb loin chops, fresh string beans salad & small pasta shells in a homemade Creamy Garlic Béchamel Sauce.
 
So it was Johnsonville original brats, smoky pintos over rice, and Vera's (Roseanne's) wonderful! oven caramelized green beans.
Great combo!

I've seen some loin lamb chops at Walmart.
I'm not a huge fan of lamb, but just might get some soon, as DIL loves it.

Thank you Sass. I brown the chops then braise/simmer them in lemon juice, chicken broth & fresh garlic till tender. We had no leftovers. Family loved it.

I was looking at Martha Stewart's roasted salmon with red cabbage and potatoes, for dinner tonight.
Easy all-in-the-same-pan deal.
 
Last Night's Grilled Jumbo Pork Loin Chop, under a blanket of Bacon-Alfredo Sauce, Asparagus Spears (Much more successful than the night before ...) and Buttered Corn... Salad, of course, not quite in the frame...




Okay, now you two have got me wanting fresh Green Beans......

Love the chop (and the rest).
I bumped up Vera's oven green beans in the veg forum.
Felt a bit hesitant at first thinking they'd be chewy.
They weren't. Crisp, slightly salty and sweet.
 
No pics from last night, Craig attacked dinner and I was talking to DD when he brought me a bowl. Asian chicken noodle vege soup. Craig went back for thirds, e-nuff said. I have to write this down so we can make again. There's only half a bowl left.
 
I'm getting ready for an afternoon snooze because I worked 3rds last night.
Here comes Sophie knocking on the door with a "little lunch".. :yum::eek:

Boy, everyone's stuff looks so GOOD!

Last night I had a couple of stuffed clams (storebought) and spectacular pea soup (if I do say so!).
