They forgot my salsa, so I used some Herdez salsa verde on the taco.
And it was the only fast food restaurant in town that wasn't packed lolOh yeah - I hadn't clicked on the link. That's a hell of a good deal for $7!

Tonight will be kielbasa and sauerkraut. Tina has it cooking in the slow cooker.
A little mac and cheese along with it. I have to look for the horse radish in the fridge someplace.
Coconut custard pie for dessert, ( my favorite ).
It did smell good in the house. The horse radish was destined for the garbage. There was a pink dot of something on the lid inside so I tossed it. Mustard was the second spicy selection. It actually had horse radish mixed in it.Horseradish is required with kielbasa, in my family! I bet your house smells incredible!

Surely looks good, and also, it reminds me, and anytime I see eye round, I think of delicious "Roy Rogers" roast beef sandwiches on sesame seed buns, and a cup of the beef juice to dip into.Eye round roast, mashed potatoes, steamed baby spinach, and burgundy pan gravy.
