Yeppers, on the map, says you'll have "severe" heat and we're having "extreme" heat. At what point is it just "too darn hot"? (thinking of the Kiss Me Kate song, that we named our youngest pup after)
In any event, we're having a Garden Pasta Salad for lunch and I'm thinking I'll sous vide a couple of steaks for dinner. If the porch is cool enough, I'll finish the steaks on the gas grill. If not, cast iron skillet will be in play!
