Tonight I’m grilling steaks, baked potato, shrimp cocktail, and a Caesar salade.
I'm eating half of this.
Well... all the rice - but will save half the steak pieces for a future cheese steak sandwich.

I'm making some cheese and onion enchiladas, with a little help from the freezer. The freezer has enchilada sauce, refried beans and Mexican rice. I'll heat the beans in rice in their bags to make clean up a tad easier. We bought an apple hand pie at a local pie shop and I'm thinking that will make a nice dessert. It is huge, so we'll split it.

I found a nice container of Pinto Beans W/ Hog Neck bones. From my freezer. Just as good today, as when I froze them.
