Grilled pork tenderloins, grilled squashes and grilled packets of carrots/onions/butter.

My taste buds must be off, since I seasoned the pork and squash fairly heavily but ended up bland.

Supper was chicken soup from a rotisserie chicken that was bought the other day.
Tina made it. then we had chicken salad made from the same bird.... Dessert was a blueberry tart.
L00ks like we had some same thoughts cooking from a rotisserie from some of the above members.

I had better luck at the hospital than you LT. I got in ar 8:30, had a colonoscopy and out by 10am.
Good news too- I don't have to go back for 3 years. The other day I boiled down a Rotessori Chicken,
for the broth. I was not allowed to eat anything except clear broth. So when I came home today, I deboned the chicken.
That basically was my dinner. Pieces of Chicken and Potato Salad.

I'm thinking on the line of hot Italian sausage and peppers. We shall see.
It changed to cheese burgers on the grill, with a pear and some grapes for dessert.

I've got a turkey tenderloin in the sous vide. We'll have that with Harvard Beets, gussied up Stove Top stuffing (celery, onions & chicken broth), gravy and (freezer) cranberry sauce.

We had a myriad of things to eat for supper..... Tina breaded and fried eggplant; and then took out some Popeyes chicken wings from the freezer. I had a ham sandwich on an onion roll, and a container of Nissan chicken noodle soup.

Tina made Pickled pigs feet for herself. That will be for her, and only her. I won't eat that. Uh uh. No way.
