Going food shopping today, so not sure what dinner will be.
I've been craving chili and corn bread or fried polenta.

The plan for today is Cod fish fried in a butter wine sauce, peas, and Spanish rice.

This is Giovanni Rana chicken carbonara fettuccine with canned green beans, which I often enjoy.
Those chocolates ... I'll have a few later.

The cod and peas with rice....
I cooked it, and they ( DD and TINA both ate it ) and said it was delicious...
Hmmm! That's a first! LOL.

Oh!.... Tina is into that pork parts, and just loves pork kidneys. I'm waiting for her to cook Chicken Wings and Feet in a cream sauce soon. Scratchers in the pot.

DD and I had hibachi for lunch. I had enough l/o to make two doggy boxes to take home. So for $30 I get 3 meals. Not bad.

Eggroll in a Bowl tonight, made with ground chicken breast, extra garlic and ginger, garnished with green onions, cilantro and toasted sesame seeds. Guilt-free! I actually went back for two more spoonsful.

Served with warm sake.

I'm try a new sheet pan recipe. Greek Sheet Pan Chicken with Potatoes, Although, I'm going to cook it considerably longer than the recipe states. Fingers and paws crossed!
