Chicken in a coconut mango curry, over basmati rice, with 2 chutneys. Judy likes a lot of cilantro on hers.

Had shrimp in butter wine sauce over spaghetti.
Tina had mashed potatoes with gravy. She is having stomach issues.

It was spaghetti and sausage and meatballs. . . so far. Tina cooked a great sauce this morning.
Some dips later on.

Chicken and morels, in a Madeira cream sauce. So good. The green beans were leftovers, so they showed some age, but still had a little crispness.

Spaghetti. .. . . . . . again . . . . just another way.
Meat balls and sausage this time. Dear Tina made a beautiful sauce / red gravy

Uncle Ralph, it's so odd that I looked up Tonkotsu ramen for the first time today! We have a new Japanese restaurant in town that looks wonderful! And Donburi, too!

All new to me and I can't wait to try both!

I am sitting in my car waiting for DD to get her nails done. I think we will get some takeout fried chicken and sit in a park.

No definite plans for supper, but the kids are coming here for 5:00 . . .

Had carryout from Roma's Italian restaurant.
We had farfalle with garlic butter sauce with asparagus, mushrooms, and artichoke hearts. Pizza, garlc knots; and gnocci with meat sauce.
Son Jimmy had a meatball sub.....

I didn't feel like eating last night. I fell down the steps again when we got home yesterday. My cane slipped because the wood was still damp from the rain.
