Well I did 2 batches of cookies today and am in pain. DD wants eggplant, so I think she will be breading and frying eggplant. DD's will mostly have eggplant sandwiches. I just want eggplant on plate with salad.

Ham & cheese sandwich. Meat ravioli and wine to sip on..... Tina and Maria were baking today.
I just stood by, and watched; listening to the cuss words when flour and sugar where everyplace
but in the mixing bowls.

We had pizza and wings delivered at work today.
The community has been very kind to us.

I gotta say, that was my favorite part. Jalapeno and Cheddar smoked sausage, had a proper kick to it. Not bad for a chain place.

Parmigiano Reggiano & Pecorino Romano cheeses, salt and pepper.

I think DD is picking up stuff to make salad and a rotisserie chicken for dinner tonight..

DD is picked up salad - spring mix greens and black olives dressed with lemon juice, grated Parmigiano Reggiano & Pecorino Romano cheeses, salt and pepper, rotisserie chicken breast and mac and cheese for dinner tonight.

Taco salad. I picked up this gadget thing to deep fry tortillas for eatable taco bowls. Deep fried tortillas really taste great

That taco salad looks great, Mark! I have the forms that oven-bake tortillas into taco bowls and they are really good.

Fried is even better!

I got the giant shells again.
We started off with their lovely house salad, bread sticks and calamari.
Kasey got unlimited soup.
She had 3 bowls of Zuppa, Jeff got chicken parmesan.

It was nothing special. Tina had a tizzy tummy, so she had mashed potatoes and a yogurt.
I had ziti with vodka sauce. It was good.

I'm doing a Hawaiian dump chicken recipe in the crockpot.

-Chicken drumsticks
-1 bottle bbq sauce
-1 can pineapple (I drained half the juice)
-Scallions
This will be good with rice.

I think DD will be cooking tonight. It will be burgers again or a sirloin steak. TBDL
I need to finish up my cookies.

No particular meal yet. Tina is out last minute shopping. She is driving around store to store to find items.
She went to two ShopRite's and Weis .... Need the fish for the 7 fishes on the eve.
Tonight will be whatever we can piece together.

I really love the way this chicken turned out.
I was thinking it would be terribly sweet, but it was a good balance of everything.
The bbq sauce and juice thickens as it cools, then spoon some more on.

the Salad tonight was a (Wish it was( Spring Mix, with Asian Sesame-Ginger Dressing....

New England clam chowder...frozen in a box. Found 3 clam pieces....tough piss clams.
Shame Shame....
Tina has ramen chicken soup, not ready to eat it though.

I baked 3 batches of cookies. One more to go. Iced the anisette cookies and dipped the acorns.
I really don’t want to eat. But have to. I take my needle on Wednesday and I never feel right the whole day.
DD ordered pizza.
