I may make lentil soup for dinner.

Chicken drumsticks, either air fried or in the oven, just depends on if I want to do them in batches - or all at once.
Sides... either sweet or Idaho potato, also a salad.

Made the chicken in the air fryer, 3 at a time.
Seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, Dash seasoning and Old Bay.
Leftovers tomorrow.

This is about the plate, so I'll try to be brief. When I make meatballs, I make 5# at a time, then vac seal in portions and freeze. When I make sauce, I make at least 1 gallon at a time and do the same. It's for days like today, craved a homemade and filling dinner. In the oven with a ton of mozzarella, here's my baked Rigatoni with meatballs. Sorry, and not because I made it, but this tasted even better than it looks.

My Landlady Rose had Thanksgiving dinners delivered to every single person/couple in our apartments, compliments of her church, who are delivering meals today.
That was easy! Lol
She loves my son Jeff so asked if he would like one too.
That's enough to get me through 2-3 days lol

Tonight was an appetizer of herring and cheddar and linguine and meat sauce. The sauce was made with the last of our tomatoes, mostly purple cherry tomatoes.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone..... Enjoy this day. We are still up and prepping for 15 family, and three neighbors. Lasagna and pies are all made, and a 12 Lb. turkey and a turkey breast are thawing.
Supper yesterday, was bologna sandwiches. Eating light so as to be able to stuff myself to the fullest.
