What are you eating Sunday, 1/4/2026 to Saturday, 1/10/2026?

Well I had planned on leftovers, but I may be doing something with thin sliced steak, zucchini, onions and Thai noodles.
In this sauce.

This was a "I need to use stuff in my fridge and freezer" day. I found chicken breasts and Brussel sprouts in the freezer. The fridge had a bunch of mushrooms, some cream, etc. I googled "Recipes that have [Ingredients that I had on hand" and found one called creamy mushroom chicken. It was pretty tasty and I'll make it again. I had potatoes that I needed to use as well. I'm a child when it comes to some foods touching, so I used my silicon divider to use my big girl plates. ;)
