I don't know if you've seen the post or not but we recently started a NCT Iron Chef Challenge where an ingredient is chosen at random and we create a dish using that ingredient. We then post the recipe and pics. It's a lot of fun! Last week was pork and this week is pasta. You and Peggy need to join in!

i was there about 3 years ago and i didnt care for the jambalaya either, but we got some really good boudin balls

Thanks for the heads up on that one Mama! I have to get a cord for my phone to be able to upload pics, it's not a regular usb type cord, hopefully soon!;)
