Don't be afraid to ask questions. We cover boiling water all the way to State Dinners, and everything in between. Care for a little Smothered Chicken? I just made it fresh.

welcome and you have seen nothing yet... we try and plump everybody up to match us..lol

heres some meatloaf hot out of the BBQ but you have to share some mudbugs with me..lol

Oh my! Another wonderful dish! I have done gained ten pounds! And of course I'll share the mudbugs! Still haven't had any this season, but I am looking forward to it. A freind and I are going to try to catch our own crawfish this year. Haven't done it before, so it should be an experience!

Welcome Peggy - What part of Louisiana are you from? I used to spend a fair amount of time in Baton Rouge.

I will look more at your website tomerrow. I was treated tosome awfully wonderful cajun meals while I was there.

Hi Peggy! Welcome to NCT. I'm so glad Lucky sent you.

It's great to have some more members from Louisiana. My mother is from up near Monroe but I have family in Baton Rouge and friends in De Ridder. The last time I was in Louisiana was about 7 years ago in New Orleans but I've been getting the itch to go back. I can't wait to make some of your recipes, Peggy!

Thanks Fishers Mom. You still have family in Baton Rouge and De Ridder? Where abouts in Baton Rouge? New Orleans has changed a lot, but I heard it's getting back on it's feet. Give me a shout if you get back this way!
