I just saw this on Facebook and will give it a try.
I made that John when I was staying with Ty and Alison.
It was good.
I know I posted about it here before but don't remember where.
I finally made this today.
It would have been so much better/prettier with a smaller pasta.
I added all of 5oz of blue cheese crumbles to the sauce base.
Very strong flavour there.
I'll definitely make it again.
