Ladies and gentlemen, it's that time again. Here I am with hat in hand.

This is the one time each year I ask for help with forum costs.

As you might guess, costs have gone up . Everything is more expensive. Last year a few came to the rescue and I hope more will follow your lead this year. Just .28 cents or even 14 cents a day can make a difference. Pay in increments if you prefer; multiple payments over the course of the year are welcome.

I have some pens and cork screw bottle openers to give away. Just include your mailing address with your donation.

Wow, that was a fast year!

I love the little food family we have here, and am glad to help keep it going. BTW, the pens that Doc sent me are fantastic and the only ones I use! I keep the multi-tool in my pocketbook - comes in handy.

I use the pens at work and for doing my crossword puzzles lol
Still have two going from last time.
They last a long time and are easy to hold.

Donations have dried up. Nothing at all. I am so thankful for the two who have stepped up and donated. My hats off to you. Those who already donated are appreciated more than you might realize.

I truly enjoy keeping these forums going. I don't mind policing the spammers. Keeping junk posts to a minimum, managing the disk space, making sure performance and response time are acceptable. I don't mind upgrading the operating system and dealing with patches that are needed to the forum software. I like the geeky stuff. However, I am retired now and simply cannot continue to cover the biggest portion of the forum expenses.

The absolute hardest part of this endeavor is asking for donations. I hate doing it but it is necessary to keep things going. If you enjoy the forums and have funds to spare PLEASE donate. It is for a worthwhile cause and it would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!!!!!
