Whole 30 recipe… It was very good and next time will use halibut, which I have in freezer. I used harissa that Nancy made but added extra harissa powder to elevate the heat, and used powdered coriander since we couldn’t find the seeds. I made too much, the one small piece of steelhead was just enough. I will say I’ve travelled in Tunisia and never saw a fish of any kind. Every meal was lamb , beef, or chicken.
