Well - you can't leave me hanging on the wing seasonings like that!!! Is that five spice or five different spices?
It's funny, I'll pull out five spices to season my wings, but my wedges only see McCormick's Montreal Steak seasoning.
And thanks! :thumb:

Well crapola. I took a very good pic of dinner and when editing it I lost the original content and it has gone to the hard drive's never land.

Anyway, it was steamed broccoli, buttered rice, and dry brined reverse seared rib eye with toasted garlic chips. I must cook this at least once every week or two - for good reason.

Thanks, Barb.

I would have loved some of that fried cauliflower tonight, Peeps. Gorgeous.
i used montreal steak seasoning GRINDER on my steaks. i think the grinder tastes fresher than the shake bottle.

thank you my family loves fried cauliflower. i usually only make it when i bread chicken or veal cutlets to use up the breading stuff. but i just felt like having it with my steaks tonight.

Jalapeno/cream cheese stuffed burger. Tomato, lettuce, mayo and bacon to top it on an onion bun. Potato wedges and corn on the cob.

This is a cooking forum and I will not be ground. Chopped, sliced, minced, or pounded, but never ground.

Ground sounds dirty to me.
