pork steaks smothered in creamed corn gravy (creamed corn,chicken broth, minced garlic, paprika and chives) topped with crushed butter and garlic croutons.

Finally got these off the camera. I had fried Frog Legs & Fries, and DW had Pork Cube Steak smothered in gravy with Mashed Potatoes.
