Silver's Raspberry Walnut Torte

I don't know if I've ever posted this before, but I made it Sunday for SousChef's birthday party. It's one of her favorites.

Start with a walnut crumb tart shell - very short.
Brush the shell with softened raspberry jam - seedless.
Pile in the chewy filling of chopped walnuts & coconut - eggs & sugar, of course.
Bake and then cool it.
Arrange fresh raspberries all over the top, then glaze with melted raspberry jam.

Serve with softly whipped cream.

If anyone wants to try it, I'll type up the recipe.

I had friends over for dinner this weekend, and I made this again. This time I made it as small individual tarts. Garnished with mint leaves and served with fresh whipped cream.
