Very nice! Food looks fantastic, and you look very happy. The Big Easy must be agreeing with you. Love that table runner too.
 
Those are arancini, stuffed rice balls. I have them on the dinner menu and had a couple left over. They were starting to 'deflate' so I brought them home.


I don't know if I'll have time for any more pictures...so, who's next on the list?

I am now (finally) in possession of the new NCT pens. The first batch were faulty so I had to reorder and they sent me more of the faulty design, finally just yesterday I got the 'good' uns. I'll get some out to you next week Andy.

Anyone else who wants pens PM me and I'll get you fixed up.
 
OKAY! Here we go. i am sorry this took too long. at this time, i am cooking and eating alone. in addition, with my major diet, meals have been not anything rating a picture. Now that i am on maintenance, I can make some meals. tonight, I decided to make pork roast and mashed turnips with carmelized onions.

Great picture, Buzz! You look so happy. I just love your back yard....water view, screened area to keep the bugs out, covered area for q'ing....just a wonderful area.
