This is from a gal called Jo Cooks on Facebook. I didn’t follow her directions and added more spices, tomatoes, ground pork and rice. I used basmati rice as it was what I had.

I’ll send the link on Facebook messenger.

I used basmati rice as it is what I had handy. I bought a 10 pound bag last time we went to the Indian shop.
