Romanian Cabbage Casserole

This is from a gal called Jo Cooks on Facebook. I didn’t follow her directions and added more spices, tomatoes, ground pork and rice. I used basmati rice as it was what I had.

I used basmati rice as it is what I had handy. I bought a 10 pound bag last time we went to the Indian shop.

I saw a cabbage casserole but it had cheese on it.
There was a cabbage roll casserole too.

I didn’t put cheese on due to the constipating nature of cheese and narcotics. The rice was bad enough.
